Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
Since its summer break , i have about 70days to drop 25 pounds. I want to look great for the first day of Junior Year in high school but i wont be confident until i drop a little bit of weight. My friend has a gym in her apartment building so i can use that, but only when im with her. I can also do workouts in my house. I need help figuring out what to eat and how to stay motivated. Im not really in shape, so i need something that will be easy but also very helpful. I wouldn’t mind losing about 2 or 3 pants sizes also (: Thank you

drink lots of water and do sit ups

Okay so thats about 2.5bs aweek. so just do an hour of exercise, makesure you build up a sweat and are not just standing there looking pretty when you exercise. Then Eat 1750 calories a day and no more.
I am planning on losing another 10 lbs for junior year before september too. I lost 40 pounds in the past year but I hope to lose 10 in the next 2 months. For you to lose that 25 lbs you probably should go jogging for 30-60 minutes 5-6 times a week and eat very healthy and don’t cheat too much. Drink only water, eat breakfast an hour within waking up, unless you exercise when you wake up (I do that to burn more fat) and stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed. Currently, I am doing hip hop abs to get a smaller stomach and then I walk a mile on the treadmill. I eat healthy and hopefully I can lose the weight. People make losing weight seem like hell, but it truly isn’t. Just get your confidence and you can do it, trust me.

Do a shiet load of cardio like running and you could do some boxing. That will help you lose the “baby weight” and make the fat disappear. Rest the next day after your workout so your muscles will grow.
Gaining muscle will help burn more calories, you don’t need to bulk up, just stay tone and strong =D
