i’m 5″7 tall i weight about 178 i want to lose 20 or 25 pounds in 10 weeks. Is it possible?if so, what exercise do i need to do? I want to TONE my thighs,arms and tummy <--- i look like biggish in the mid-section =[ HOW MANY CALORIES TO BURN A DAY?

start running .. exercise when you first wake up - you will burn more calories ( do this before eatin breakfast )

I don’t know aboutexercisess to do but I went on the Alli plan and i dropped the pounds quick, lost 30 pounds in less time than you’re talking about. but you have to take the pills and stick to the diet.

i have lost 20 pounds in 10 weeks by eating 1500 calories a day and working out 30-45 minutes 7 days a week. i have also just started to add weights to my routine. your goal is a reasonable one. congratulations on wanting to lose weight the healthy way.

Ok for starters..Run. not too much at once though. build up ever day. maybe do a lap at your local track or around town jog a little. Next, when your watching TV, lay flat on the floor, and then when a commercial comes on raise your feet about 6 inches off the floor, your arms to your sides. Hold as long as you can. Don’t worry, you will build up strength. To tone your thighs, go to your local gym and grab a weight about 20-40 pounds. Hold with both hands. Using your thighs, slowly lower to the ground until the bottom of the weight touches the ground. Squat like this 10 times, 3 sets, but dont strain your self to much. For your arms, take the same weight, but pull it up slowly untill the top of the weight touches your chin. Then lower back down. Lastly, eat heathy. Lots of grean salad, not iceberg, but dark leafy greans. if you do all of your exercises and eat healthy reward yourself at the end of the week, but not too much. Take everything in smaller portions, but make sure your not starving at the end of the meal. Dont get frusterated, it will take a little time, but good luck!
