yeah i go up and down on the scales, but mostly i crash diets a couple of weeks before school starts, i lost like 3-4 pounds on the 3 day diet. last year when i went into my sophomore year i had surgery and i couldn’t eat for like 2 weeks, basically water and ice. and i lost like 20 - 30 pounds. it was all unhealthy cause i was mal nurished and couldn’t go like 7 steps without collapsingm but hey, if you’re into that kinda stuff. i would reccomend just diets, exercise. crash diets work for me like all the time. oh yeah, and PARTY, since you dance alot you do alot of cardio and cardio melts the weight off basically

go on a 1700 calorie diet and exercise 5 times a week for 45 mins.
