Losing 25 pounds in 8 weeks is not healthy. No more than 2 pounds per week is recommended. However, for the purpose of a wedding, it is possible but will be tough. I have lost 20 pounds in 2 months, and I did that through exercising 1 hour per day almost everyday of the week, and by counting calories and eating portion sizes. Try eating mainly fruits, veggies and lean meats and working out as much as possible. And also, stop telling yourself you are a horrible person and that you cannot achieve your goal. It is possible and the more you tell yourself you can do it, the more likely you will succeed. Good luck and congratulations!

See your doctor first prior to starting any weight loss program.
60 minutes cardio per day, 6 days a week. Do not eat after 6-7pm, over 1 gallon of water per day.

Lift weights 3 days per week for 45 minutes at most. Concentrating on your back, chest and leg muscles.

Keep your reps between 12-15 or 20.

Sleep at least 8 hours per day.

Have one day where you eat whatever you want.

The only way to do it will be a combination of healthy eating and exercise. If you skip one or the other, you won’t lose the weight.

Find something healthy that you can binge eat at night. I like to eat late at night as well so I always make sure I have blueberries or raspberries to eat when I get cravings. You don’t get fat on blueberries you know.

I actually lost 25 lbs once in 2 months to get in shape for this girl. Anyways, what I did was eat one bowl of cereal for breakfast, eat a huge lunch and then nothing for dinner. When I was hungry I just drank a glass or two of water. I exercised only 2 or 3 times a week that’s all and I lost the weight. It’s not healthy, but it worked for me at least.

Nowfor the problem I completely understand what you are going through you can try taking L-Cartine this will help you lose weight. Or try taking Hoodia. Hoodia will control your hunger. And as for the motimation its all on your mind ALLWAYS THINK THAT YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND YOU WILL REACH YOUR GOAL. Keep think about your weeding and that will be your goal. Try replacing any candy witrh sweet fruits like apples, pears, oranges, etc. Also try eating a plate of yourt with cereal or banana. Try getting rid of your cravings by thinking or doing someting. Like exercise, walking. Well you probably don’t have time try doing in the moring a couple of crunches and till you feel the burn. Finally one more thing DRINK A LOT OF WATER !!!!!!!

and a personal trainer.
Believe me, once you start lifting weights, you will get motivated quick. You will not want to “undo” all your hard work.
To kick binge eating, follow the Zone diet, religiously.
Try it; I totally transformed my body doing these two things, in only 6 weeks!! It might take you a little longer; I was a maniac! Just get through one day at a time. The first few days are the hardest; it gets easier and easier and eventually you will truly enjoy both the Zone diet and the gym. You have plenty of time if you start now.
By the way, I used to binge too, now I NEVER binge. The Zone diet helped me so much…

U can begin by running/jogging around your neighborhood everyday. 1 hour in the morning and 1 more hour in the evening. Increase as u progress.

if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet with Herbalife after a friend who had lost weight with them recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. You also a get e free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it.
I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. The owners will advise you on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months. The website is. You just leave your details and they call you up, I would suggest that if you aren’t sure or don’t want someone to ring you then go to their main site and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. This is what I did before I went to the first site and left my details so they could contact me. You can see with all the products and detail they have, so you know that they mean business. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS! They are dangerous!!

Last year I was visiting my parents and took diet pills (Leptopril -does not contain ephedra) on top on my exercise routine and normal diet. I was 26 at the time, 5′11, 180 lbs. By week three I was sick. I had diarrhea, dry heaves, dizziness, headaches, and a general feeling of being sick. I thought I had caught the flu or something. I had lost 13 lbs in 4 days. One morning I told my mom I didn’t feel good. My vision kept blacking out and I felt (for lack of a better way to say it) stoned. Later that afternoon I was walking from the bathroom to my bedroom (a 5 foot walk) and I passed out. I was rushed to the hospital emergency where they did a bunch of tests on me.

My pulse was up to 120, My blood pressure was 150/40, they had to start me on an IV, the did an EKG on me, took blood and urine samples, and a whole barrage of other tests.

They finally got me stabilized and said that I was dehydrated and malnutritioned. I told him that I took diet pills. When I mentioned diet pill, the doctors face lit up and said that’s why. He said they can cause a whole bunch of health problems, including death. He told me to toss the diet pills or next time I might not be so lucky.

I was kept in the hospital for almost 10 hours, given 3 or 4 IVs, potassium, juices, and monitored (by the EKG, blood pressure, and heart rate machines) every 15 minutes.

Please take my story as a warning. If you seriously want to loose weight there are better ways (I know because I’ve lost weight after this)

The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohol, and sodas.

Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.

In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)

Practice portion control. Yes, you’ll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won’t have that feeling anymore.

Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)

Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition. Also do a few yoga and pilates exercises to help tone those hard to reach and stubborn areas.
