I’m 220 pounds right now. I don’t know what to do, I start my freshman year On August 24th, Please somebody help me and give me a quick, way to melt off the pounds! please guys help! And please don’t mention pills or medication.. maybe working out or what food should i eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

try something called the master cleanse diet….just google it…you can lose a pound a day if it’s done right and it’s healthy

well first of all, dont listen to ppl that say you can drink stuff that well help you lose wight. that is not the ansrr!!! losing weight is all about changing your life to a healthyer lifestyle. so lets not call it a diet.. but a healthyer life style. this will be eayer mentally for you.

so in order to lose this weight, you must eat atleast 1200 cal. to keep metabolism rate going. meats do help increase rate.
to start off, you should prob eat around 1600- 1700 a day. and then try to lower to 1500-1600. this way you dont get a headache during the days.

meal plann example:
Breakfast: egg beaters (mix w. veggies and some turkey or ham)
have with some fruite. blueberrys!
also have a small bit of oatmeal to make you feel full.
(it isimportant to make sure you are full in the morning so you arent tempted to snack or binge during the day.)

snack: yogert

lunch: saled (lots of veggies) , use a lower calorie dressing. also mix in some rasberrys and raisins. also put in a white meat. (tuna fish, chicken, ext.) protein is important to keep self full!

snack: (stay away from salty foods. may increase hunger.) small handfull of nuts, or like a few carrot sticks with a small amount of peanutbutter

dinner: white meat! and eat red meat 2x a week. and on the side have some sort of veggie. (cooked veggies, saleds.) and you could also eat like a sweet potatoe. (low in calorie!)

mabye for one dinner you could have like salmon, with cooked veggies.

desert: sherbert or sorbet (low in cal.)
some icecreams are low in cal.
strawberrys and blueberrys toped with whiped cream
fig newtons are filling

also with watching what you eat, it is important to exccersize daily or atleast every other day. but best to everyday. try to get in around 45 to and hour of cardio. running, biking, swimming, machines at gym.

include some core work. leg lifts, crunches, situps, ect.

Fat is what you want to lose and the only way to lose fat is by burning it up through diet and exercise. A pound of fat is about 3,500 calories and the average person burns about 1,500-2,000 calories a day so even if you eat absolutely nothing and work out each day, you’d still be hard pressed to lose a pound of fat each day.

Any other weight that is lost from a crazy diet is going to be muscle which only makes your existing fat more visible or water weight which doesn’t do anything to help you.

Plan on losing 2-3 pounds a week. Eat healthy food (veggie chili for a meal each day is a great way to cut pounds) and work out 4-5 times a week.
