It al dependson your metabloism and weight. Generally the heavier you are the easier it is to lose weight. Can I make a suggestion? You shouls try ALLI the new fat absorbibg pill. I lost 5lbs in one week.

yeah, you should definitly try alli. it doubles the amount of weight you could loose by diet and exercise alone. You should probably be drinking more water though, if you are exercising for 2 hours a day, you should be drinking like 12 to 13 glasses. at there is a water calculator that can tell you how much water you need to drink in a day, based on weight and activity level. there is also a calorie counter there, that will tell you how many calories you burn for each exercise you do. its actually a helpful site. but my best advice, try alli in addition to your current plan, and i would say 25 pounds in 2 months is probable!
