I need to lose this weight because I have call backs and Im booked for photo shoots in the summer and spring…How can I loose this for easter if possible,and how can I maintain a healthy,posotive attitude so that I can keep this off?

I feel I have grown attached and too comfortable with food.

Try i Diet & Fitness. You’ll easily be able to lose the weight you want plus they teach you how to keep it off and live a healthier lifestyle. Plus, the packages are not expensive and you get a lot of good things for your money. I’ve used them with great results. I hope this helps.

Hi,
I am in a similar situation as you are. 25 lbs is not too bad and is achievable. Over the past years, I have grown comfortable with food also. Here are some of the tips that I have for you:

1. Eat a reasonable breakfast (this should be the biggest meal during the day for you are most likely to burn off the calories with various activites throughout the day)
2. drinks lots of water. I was told that hot water is best for dieters.
3. Excercise at least 30 minutes each day.
4.Do not eat after sunset.
5. Most important: Try to not eat if YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY. Most people tend to eat for joy, and that will definetly slow you down.
