you are going to look good! it takes 2-3 weeks for any difference.

Drink 8 glasses of water or maybe even a gallon of water a day, and try not to each to much meat. Also, tons of cardio workout helps.

I lost 40 lbs in 4 months with my treadmill. I started with 30 min a day then built up to an hour then I hit a plato then I learned about the hiit program not sure on how to explain it but if you google hiit that is with two i’s you can read about it. Good luck it can be done.

Should see results in 6-8 weeks, maybe sooner and that sounds like a great workout. just don’t over do it if your are just starting out. work up to it to avoid injury….1-2 pounds a week is what you should lose to do healthily and keep it off….Good luck

I think you are going to try and do too much and probably quit. Change your diet and just start walking on the treadmill for the first month 3 or 4 days per week. Every day is ok but life is going to get in the way.
Focus on eating right first and add more exercise as your body can cope with it.

Sweat it off on the treadmill with a sweat suit.=@@@@0626533851.1162399300@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccfjaddjfggmhejcefecemldffidfmg.0&vertical=SEARS&sid=I0033900080001200085&pid=00640255000
A friend of mine didn’t even bother buying one–he just ran on the treadmill wearing a garbage bag with holes poked for neck and arms (we had a wager…he lost the most weight).

wow thas a great routine u got goin (45 mins cardio 6 times a week and strenght training 3)…. i would say if u keep to that schedule in 6-8 weeks you should start seeing some changes

i played college football 2 yrs. ago and during the summer i would jus sit around and b lazy… and when i got bac to school and in the training program it took about 6-8 weeks to start losing tha flab from summer and getting bac in shape.

well good luck wit everything and if you dont c the results by then dont worry… .the major thing is gettin healthy and that is wat u r doing…. and once u r healthy and get tha metabolism running faster it will burn ur calories faster and thats when u will begin to lose to pounds….. so all and all it depends on how quick u can get that metabolism jump started….. c all football players arent dumb!!!

its great to hear that u would like to improve ur life….congrats! the fact that u are setting fitness goals will help u lose those extra pounds but remember that it is a lifstyle change and not a diet..otherwise u will just gain it all back…i lost 60lbs in 6 months..by eating smaller portions and walking for 20 minutes 4 times a week…it gets easier as u go..i have managed to keep it all off and i now work out about 2x a week…dance music is motovation…good luck hope this helps

Set up goals for yourself. Sometimes it helps to join weight watchers or some program where you can make friends and lose weight together. (that way there is a support system even if you only want to lose a few pounds) I joined the Y and got a personal trainer to help me set up a workout rountine. That helped me out alot. My eatting habits were harder to change but start off replacing one thing with something diet or healthier. My problem was soda. I couldnt just switch over to water, so I switched to diet soda and then to flavored water and now I drink water. I started to see results in a few weeks.

by 2 weeks, you will see something! by the end of 3 months you will look great! Good luck and keep it up! eat sugar-free foods, drink a gallon of water a day, and just basically try to burn more calories than you consume!

Friuts and vegetables. Lean meats. High fiber food. Light dairy foods. Portion control. Cut back on desserts. The key is healthy choices. Walking or moving in general burns calories. I follow Men’s Health Magazine. It is realistic. There is a Woman’s Health Mag. I have lost 40 pounds in a year and a half and am maintaining now. Hopefully, when you start seeing results you will actually become addicted to being healthy.

You might think about trying this book called “The Movie Star Diet” by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn’t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well. With that combined with your treadmilling, you’ll easily see visual results in a month’s time.

speed up your metabolism and burn more calories by running as fast as possible on it for a few minutes and then slowing down for a few minutes and so on and so on.

Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you’re toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that makes any sense. Don’t give up - lots of luck!!!
