Lift weights, and look at losing inches more than pounds because muscle weighs more than fat and it looks a lot better than being just skinny. Most gyms are more than happy to explain how to do any exercises and there is an over abundance of workout routines out there. It’s a matter of experimenting what works for you. Diet is critical. Don’t go on a starvation diet, recognize true hunger from appetite and recognize when you are full. There is no magical quick fix, it is a LIFESTYLE change you must make, you could lose weight using some tricks then gain it and more back too easily (commonly referred to as yo-yo dieting)
If you lose fat, yes you will lose it in the boobs, but, as you develop the pectoral muscles, what you do have will appear more perky.

ANY kind of exercise will help, but aerobic exercise is preferred. (Aerobic exercise is the kind that makes you breathe fast - running, swimming, biking; as opposed to weight lifting or yoga)
You will lose weight all over (in fact “spot reducing” is a myth - can’t be done), so yes, you will probably lose some from your ***** as well.

.The number one exercise ..Doesn’t require a lot of expertise…Grab hold of the dinner table and push yourself away. If you repeat this exercise often enough I guarantee you will lose weight
