Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
I have some fat around my belly but not so much that it hangs down. I want to lose that part. I also want to lose some arm fat and my thys. Also my leg. I actutally want to look like Eun Hye.
My **** is kinda big but i don’t know how i would lose that… But Please help. I want to be slim. I want to use all the time i have. Also tell me what to eat, What to do.

u should NOT be trying to lose weight when ur 13, it will stretch out with time and if you eat healthy and excercise enough
Hold up. If you were 25 lbs. overweight, you would be REALLY heavy.
I think you just want to be one of those disgusting, stick-girls who are so ugly.
Eun Hye was built that way. She wasn’t starving herself to be a twig. But that’s what YOU want to do to look like her. WRONG. You will probably never look like Eun Hye—no matter how much weight you lose.

You don’t need to lose that much weight! it will affect your growth.. all you need to do is just regularly exersise, even if it’s walking around with your friends, or playing some sport. Do not go on a diet, you need a balanced diet at your age full of nutrients ect.
HEY!! Well i just recently lost 20-25 pounds. and i tell u its SO easy! and me im very over wieght, and i KNOW how u feel. so it took me 3 months to do it. all i did was NOT eat fast food, i havent ate a burger for like 7 months, i miss them but hey, u want to feel better about urself right??? So i encourge you to skip the fast food for at leats a month. u will see changes. also the horrid part, exercise. even if its for 15 mins a day. its SO good for u. go for a walk, get that heart rate up! ALSO no soda. i havent had soda for like7 months to. its hard but i use to be one of the kids that drank like 5 a day, no joke. now ALL i drink is water and i love it. also food portions, 1,000-1,500calorie intake will do it! after all this u’ll have people come up to u and say wow ur losing weight!!! then u’ll be all shy and say, iam i?? ahahahaha! it feels GREAT! GOOOOOD LUCK! take care of urself!
