I’m 14 years old, 5 feet, and 147 pounds.

I think that 6 months would be enough time to lose that weight.

What kind diet and exercise should I do?

try not to eat candy or junk food. Don’t go on a severe or crazy diet just use common sense and don’t eat candy every single day or chips or whatever.

And for exercising you could try riding a bike, or jogging or even brisk walking. Also you could try getting a workout video and see if you like doing that. And they have workout shows that come one which is basically like a workout video but it’s a show on tv. Pretty much whatever gets you moving around that you actually enjoy a bit.

oh yeah something else. when you are walking somewhere, like walking around at school or walking from the car into the store or wherever you’re walking, walk a bit quicker instead of just strolling along. Walking at a slow or regular pace doesn’t really burn any calories, but trying to walk just a bit faster you will get a lot more benefit from.

depriving yourself will only make it more likely that you binge later.

instead, try simple things adjustments.

eat an apple and drink 8 oz of water at least 45 minutes before you eat dinner. eat what you want, but eat sensibly. don’t feel pressure to finish everything on your plate.

take the stairs whenever possible, and go for a 30 minute brisk walk every day.

keep in mind that it’s more important to be healthy than skinny. as long as you feel fit and healthy, the number really doesn’t matter.

you remind me of myself when i was your age
exept i started to diet during the summer
your plan is very possible.
but you have to be determined. you will have ups and downs but if you always think of the light at the end of the tunnel you will be successful!
During 1 summer, when i was 14 years old i lost 20 pounds…
Now, i gaines a whole lot more, i am almost 20 years old, and i’ve had enough

Have Discipline!!!! I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks, this is the diet that doctors allegedly put heart patients on about 2 weeks before surgery. READ IT AND FOLLOW EXACTLY, as you will see it is not the quantity of food that drives this diet. I did not excersize at all (which I should have). I am sure there will be stupid comments to follow, but I actually achieved the results!!! By the way, ALL the food is healthy and by the end of the first week your appetite will be reduced anyway. Here goes, hope the copy and paste works….

THE DIET OF SUCCESS

 ONCE YOU HAVE STARTED THE DIET YOU MUST NOT STOP UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE DIET
 THIS DIET WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS (Monday-Sunday)

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It’s better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat…

You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol.
