You can reduce you weight in many ways. My suggestion first, start with your eating habits. if you are drinker, rid it now. If you love meats, reduce amount day by days. Take more vegetables and fruits especially, those will reduce your weight and fat.
Secondly, get yourself to exercise, don’t get lazy. This is the main key to burn fat and loose weight. Involve yourself in sport like football or basketball or etc. Sport really burn a lot of fat of yours.
Thirdly, buy some diet pill you trusted to help you reduce. Don’t depend all reduce on pills, it will result some effect on you. If you ask me what diet pill i took. I took proactol (http://tinyurl.com/r836fy) start from April 2009 and i had reduce the weight from 199 pounds to 187 pounds lately, i will stop take pills when achieve my desire weight.
