i have been wanting to be fit for a while now i have a gym membership i started this week and i want to look good by christmas to start a new year feeling better about myself 25 pounds is my goal and i weigh about 210 and 17 years of age please anyone knows how to do this and help me about what i should eat my eating habits from now on and my exercise thank you

With the information you’ve given me this is what I could suggest. Assuming your new to the whole gym scene I would recommend that you walk on an inclined treadmill at a moderate speed maybe 4-5. In terms of eating I would eat about 3 to 4 meals a day with light snacks in between. Light meaning a cup or two of dried nuts or fruit. I would cut out all soda and strictly just drink water. A lot of people underestimate how many calories they consume from soft drinks & juices alone. Stay away from fried foods, baked goods, sweets, and fast food. Basically anything “un healthy”. This also includes ice cream, and chips. Eat more vegetables and lean meats. Limit your carbs and never skip breakfast. Walk on the treadmill for a week or two then you could start incorporating weighted machines. Depending on how bad you want something, anythings possible. Good Luck, keep me posted.
