If you lose 25 pounds fast chances are you will gain that back plus another 10 pounds unless you change your life habits.

It’s all about doing it slowly so your body adjusts and making life style changes to keep it off forever.

HI, I’ve had this before and I’ve done it!!! Eat LOTS of fruits and veggies…..and lots of water, and if you don’t like these foods then make them good…..like put fruit and yogurt in a blender, also going to the gym and doing kick boxing and crunch classes help A LOT…..this is what helped me…….good luck!!!

I was never really overweight but I wanted to become healthier. I lost 25 lbs over the course of 4 months. I own a treadmill, and I did a 40 minute program everyday (burned 450 calories each time). I also gave up junk food and now whenever I am hungry I grab a piece of fruit instead of a candy bar or other empty-calorie snack. I also started to incorporate tofu into my diet on a regular basis. It can be cooked many different ways and it’s a very nutritoius food. Also, I made a deal with myself that I wouldn’t eat after 7 pm and I think that helped quite a bit to eliminate unnecessary snacks. It took me 4 months to loose the 25 lbs, but I also had a serious illness during that time…good luck, and remember it can be done….don’t give up!

Start a diet - any diet you find and like, as many of them are really working. I can suggest you Tibet’s diet .
Exercise - it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance, swim
If you would like to continue - change the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular diet
Do not give up if you do not lose weight as fast as you want. The body needs time to react.

Good luck!

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little “help” so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.

You may want to try Medifast. I have been on the plan for about 5 weeks. You eat 6 meals a day that include 5 Medifast meals plus one meal consisting of lean protein and vegetables. The Medifast meals consist of soups, shakes, bars, puddings, and oatmeals. After a couple days I wasn’t hungry in-between meals, and I’ve lost weight. You may want to look into it. Good luck to you!
