instead of eating meals, snack every two hours on something small, like cheese on bread, or vegetables. plus, only drink water, and drink it VERY often. it flushes out your body and gives you the nutrition you need.
you have to get atleast some exercise to loose weight, so you could turn on music and dance around, just try to get moving instead of just sitting around the house. -take he stairs….
Eat 6 small meals a day. This is important to keep your metabolism in high gear!
I know its cold outside, but if you wear some sweats, long sleeves, a sweatshirt, hat, gloves, etc., you should be fine to exercise outdoors. If you really don’t want to, do some exercise indoors…you can do situps, leglifts, pushups….anything with your own body resistance is great.

Huh? Too cold to go out running or cycling? That’s not so! I cycle in this weather - there is nothing wrong if you wear a coat. Cycling warms you up. Just go for it.
Do 500 sit-ups a day. 250 in the morning and 250 at night.
do leg squats 3 sets of 15 aginst the wall evey day.
And go and find a exercise program on your cable tv and do them when you have a spare time eveyday.
Drink a half gallon of water also.
try to not drink a lot of soda!!
and salt can build up fat.
