I would like to lose around 25 pounds in around 7 months..
i started jogging for around 30 minutes for 4 times a week since last week.
I cut down on fats and sugars…
do u think i can achieve my goal? n any kinda diets or exercises u reckon can help me lose weight?

Yes I think you can reach your goal. Keep up with the cardio. 30 minutes is perfect. Try eating 5 to 6 small meals a day to boost your metabolism. (Make sure it’s not junk food). Drink plenty of water. Also light weight training is good for muscle tone, promotes skin tightening and muscle burns away at fat. You can try cutting out carbs for dinner as well. Good luck.

thank you for your ? I am trying as the first of the year to lose 35 lbs. & hoping to do it by May. I have already started a sit up routine, & a walking one , I have a severely injured ankle that was not correctly set , that causes me problems walking, & definitely jogging, So I have major obstacles . I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins.
