go for a run everyday.
Exercise every day for 30 minutes..not just a walk though, you actually have to jog & work up to a run. also do ab work like sit ups, eat HEALTHY like lots of salads and chicken for protein. instead of drinking a soft drink try drinking a lot more water. you can do it =]
no potatoes, no bread, no pasta, no rice, no noodles, no beer.
Anything else go for you life, but take it easy on the sweets.
I would exercise and then eat more regularly;
get that metabolism going!
good luck
start with little bit of a workout everyday and kick out food tat doesnt make you full…like candy,chips, you know junk food ur body doesnt need!
start with abs…basic crunches as much as you can do throughout the day
some girl push ups cuz regular ones are just too hard
do squats …as many as u can!
you will b sore but ur body will get used to it
if you got some dough go to a store and get a cheap pilates video those HELP ALOT!
good luckkk
Dedicate more of your free time to activity, and less to things like the computer and TV, and you’ll lose weight.
You should also consume fewer calories, but do it in a smart way so you still eat about as much volume so you don’t feel hungry. Eating normally is important to weight loss, because you have to eat or your body will think you are starving and will hang desperately on to whatever food you do consume. Veggies are easy to prepare, especially if from a bag out of the freezer, and are quite filling, but low in calories. They are also very good for you, unlike diet pills, or starving yourself. Eat a balanced diet, and no soft drinks, or chocolates more than once a week.
