I am going to basic combat training after december so by the end of december I want to lose 25 pounds can anyone give me like a nice plan and schedule that will truly help please dont just say run please be specific I want a plan best looking plan will get the best answer

go to military section, ask them what basic is for excersize. my husband was military and he says the best way to not only be in shaoe, but to be ready for basic is to do what basic makes you do for couple months in advance. So just think..running,..PUSH UPS like hell, crunches lunges..try and do them twice a day, cause i bet you will be doing much more then that at basic >>>Also if you are fit now..you will gain muscle i n basic…if you can lose weight or lil chubby you will lose it in basic. I promise you!! everyone does
just eat right, excersise everyday, and set goals. i am leaving on dec. 31 to ft. knox. and don’t just run. do strenghth and endurance training. if you can, get a gym membership or buy your own weights. if you can’t do that, just do pushups and other things to work your upper body. i run about 5 miles everyday then go to the gym. also you can talk to your recruiter abd they can help you.
Put on a small back pack, with about 50lbs in it and then add about 6 water bottles.Now walk to the hardware/lumberyard pick up a nice round stick about 2 feet longer than you are tall don’t for get to have a good pocket knife with you.Now go for a walk as you walk use the knife to make designs on the stick watch what happens in 2 weeks. walk until you drink 3 bottles of water then turn around and walk home. do this every day start in the early am hours. if you get hungry too bad the next day when you realize how long you will be gone take a few granola bars with you. Make sure after you return home you eat lots of veggies green ones. also after you eat dinner go for a short walk plan your day for tomorrow I start my day at 4:30 in the morning. I know have women & men walking with me some of the times. they hook up at differant places. we walk thru some rough terrain and some times have to help each other over a ditch,up a hill,and in a place we don’t walk every day once in a while we have to climb a wall about 8 feet tall but the hicking area on the other side is breath takeing.We also enjoy a good pick me up kind of melody and sing together some times. Do this every day for 1 month and I promise you you will be ready. I have also started to do something a little crazy but they all do it now to and are glad about it. I picked up a grapling hook and good rope and when in a certain area throw it into a tree and climb it. builds strong arms and concentration. Luck
I recently lost 20 lbs using the Wii fit game. It is very good and it simulates all types of exercise. You should try it.
