Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
im 13 5′3 and i weigh about 155 pounds [overweight ya i know]
i go to the gym like 4 days a week and take classes and everything.
i went to the personal trainer & she said i should be at 130-135
i play travel softball & i am veryyy active.

**since there is 3500 cal per lb of fat, if i multiply that by 10 [pounds] which is 35,000 then divide by 30 [days in a month] and get 1,166 calories, if i eat 1,166 cals every day will i lose 10 pounds in a month + all my excersise?
in other words, how can i lose 25-28 pounds in like 2-3 months?

drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don’t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you’ll gain everything back, trust me.
eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it’s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken ******.
skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.
if you feel hungry, but don’t want to over eat, chew gum. it’ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.
cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!
and don’t forget to exercise!
try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.

go to your public library and get the abs diet books they will guide you through it and they even come with success storyes to keep you motivated and pictures they are called abs diet make sure you get the workout book from the abs diet it’s like 6 weeks and can lose 20 on those 6 weeks for sure or more
well you should try this, every morning for 30 mins power walk quickly or jog! if you have a treadmill use that on speed 3.4 ! honestly over the winter i did absolutly nothing, then soccer started up and i played 2 times a week, after 3 weeks i lost 4 pounds! so just simple changes make a huge difference! but ive lost even more now by jogging for 30 mins a day! just watch how you eat, eat lots of salads, veggies and fruits! no pop or really sugary foods .. but treat yourself once in a while! good luck
Drink water between meals and green tea after the meals too. Nothing but veggies or fruits as a quick snack. Dont eat deep fried food eather, no pop, and junkd foods. Have 5 small meals a day. Exercice and run.
