Keep running David.If you really wanted to lose weight,you wouldn’t fade in and fade out of working out.I really think that you can do it.You only have four months left.You have to put a lot of effort into it.Mabey you should have fun while working out.Like try dancing.If you can’t dance then when no one is home,dance for about 30 minutes or more.I’m a hip-hop dancer,and I have to rehearse with my dance team members every two weeks for 8 hrs and 30 mins.When you’re running,you might want to listen to music,like bring a cd player,i-pod,mp3 player,etc.If they have a weight loss center located in your area that’s nearby,you may want to sign-up,so that way if you try to slack off,there’s usually somebody that motivates you,or forces you to workout.Four days or healthy foods to eat are lean cusine meals,but if you’re a picky eater like me,you may want to try to eat apples with or without peanut butter,watermelon,celery with or without ranch dressing,spaghetti with tamato sauce(not regular sauce),carrots with or without ranch dressing,and for desert you can eat yeast rolls or low fat ice cream.I have to cheat on my diet with the desert(LOL).I lost about five pounds a week doing what I reccomended to you.You may lose less than five pounds in a week,or more than five pounds.If you want more information than what I gave you,you could check out I hope I helped you enough!

Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you’re full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Eat healthy, eat till u are still a lil hungry.
Dont eat late dinners. No eating after 9pm, earlier if u go to bed early.
No desserts, none at all. Eat fresh fruits and yoghurts with fruit if u have a sweet tooth.
No fruit juices, only fruit.
Exercise, at least an hour daily. Swim, jog, etc.
Avoid junk food like pizzas and burgers. eat whole grains, veggies, lean meat, fish etc. No fried foods. Have grilled food,or bbqed.
Avoid sugars, white rice, and white flour.(no bakery goods, no cookies)
Avoid added salt with food.
Have low fat milk & yoghurt.
U will see a gradual change in urself if u follow all this.
U will lose about 20-25 in four months with this diet.
