You lose one pound for every 3500 calories. If you take in 1500 calories a day, and burn 2000 that same day, it will take a week to lose one lb. You need to work out your intake and outflow to answer your own question.
It is not possible to estimate how much weight you will lose.
However keep in mind that you will lose fat along with water.
Keep the proteins high to avoid muscle loss,it is very important for a male.
I suggest you do H i i T training (high intensity interval training). Two minutes sprint and 1 minute walking.The body will not be able to accomodate with a certain heart rate therefor fat burning will be more intensive.
I also suggest eating less fruits and more vegetables.
Check if those calories 1500-1800 are “fair” calories,because eating 1500 calories of apples,pears,bananas will not lead to fat loss.
