you’ll lose it pretty quickly but your already tiny i wouldn’t lose much more
If you exercise for 60-90 minutes a day for 6 days a week, you will lose 25lbs in 4-8 weeks.
i read in a book that said if u run for half an hour or and hour it saids that u will burn 600 calories
Here’s what I would do:
Stick to around 1100 or 1200 calories a day (any less and your metabolism will slow down a little) and also cut out refined wheat products– no white bread, no flour, no pasta, no sweets. Aim for drinking 2 liters of water a day.
90 minutes of cardio 5 or 6 days a week
60 minutes of weight training 3 days a week
Cardio is what burns the calories up, but weight training can seriously boost your metabolism. It’s especially important with the weights to not to doo much and to have days off to let your body recover.

To lose one pound it your body needs to expend 3500 more calories than you consume. And vice versa, to gain one pound you must consume 3500 more calories than you burn.
It depends on how much you exercise. i ate around 800-1200 calories a day for a week and was kind of hungry during the day but after that week i lost like 4 or 5 pounds. So you can lose it in around a month if you really want to. BTW, i suggest during sit ups, I’m guessing you mostly wanna lose the fat that’s in the belly area.
Just cut corners for example: don’t eat after 7 p.m., eat a burger without mayo and with only one bun, stay away from sweets, eat slowly, lay off the caffeine beverages, take 2 fiber capsules a day, to help with going to the bathroom, take a multivitamin.
I suggest that you go to a doctor and ask for help from them to set up a diet plan that will be healthy for your needs.
It is suggested that a healthy weight lost is 2 lbs a week.

edit: you also should not eat less then 1,200 cals a day, your body still needs enough energy to run/function.
Steer clear of fried foods. Eat mainly fish, and chicken, and other sources of protein, eggs etc. Its good to control your caloric in take, but you need to exercise. I am 5′2 and weigh about 110, i can go as low as 104 and still be in a healthy bmi but i do boxing so i’d like to think those extra 5 lbs are muscle lol.
But when i was trying to lose weight, i was about 120, what helped me was joining a boxing gym. If you cant do that i would suggest joining a gym that has some sort of aerobics/weight training class. That way you will lose fat, and u wont bulk up, you
ll just lose the weight faster and not have to worry so much about how many calories your eating.
You should do about an hour of cardio activities for at least three times a week. However, keep in mind that once you reach your ideal weight, you should not abandon your diet or workout routine because you can gain it all back. Good luck!
