Why do you want to lose 25 pounds?
You are at a good weight.
u should feel good about yourself no matter what u weigh. I dont get why ****** feel bad about themselves when they shouldnt even be worrying about things like that.and being tha young and having low enough self esteem to want to lose one fifth of there body weight. /u shouldt want to lose that much. besides during puberty boys and girls gain about 40 pounds. get used to your body! losing weight is not the answer.
cut off an arm
It’s all about exercise! Leg raises, squats, power walking, sit-ups, push-ups… swimming, cycling. Plenty of time in the day ..so find some for yourself. Walk to school.. or get off a stop or two earlier and walk the rest of the way. If you drink soft drink.. give it a miss.. that stuff should have warning labels!! Think about what u eat. Make your meal as colourful as you can.. meaning veggies… not m&m’s..

R u a guy, cuz im 13, 5′2″ and i weight about 90lbs. Wait if ur a guy y would u want lose weight. Then ur probably a grl. 1st off u dont want to lose 25lbs. Ppl already refer to me as bulimic. U need to change ur diet. But u have to stick to. And workout. If u can, walk home from skool. Ride ur bike with friends. Become more active. But dont take it too far. Im saying this as someone who is ur own age and was in the same position. I used to be overweight about 1 1/2 yr ago. I wanted to lose weight and i did but i went too far. Im okay now but i was takin to the doctor becuz every1 was worried about me. the doctor told my mom that i should get councling cuz i had an eating disorder. trust me u dont want that. there r many ways u can do this. Get ur friends involved and make it sumthing fun. Just promise me u wont take it too far. dont become consumed with the pics u c and the ppl on tv. u dont want to become then and be unhealthy.
