25 lbs is a lot. I do not think you need to lose that much weight.
Just try to be healthy and active. Don’t obsess about it. You are young and have your whole adult life to obsess about stuff like that.
I ran track in high school. I was great exercise and it toned my whole body. Plus… If you aren’t a big sport person its great! Everyone is included in the group and there is something for everyone.
The best way to lose weight and ensure it stays off is to lose it at a pace of 1-2 lb a week. If you can eat well (watch portions) and exercise you could probably do it in 3-4 months.

Do it the healthy way! What sort of dieting and exercising are you doing? I’m a workout fanatic. I suggest you do a combination of workouts. You should do cardio (something fun like bellydancing!), stength training (something that’s fast and works your core like Pilates), and stretching (I suggest Hatha Yoga because it’s great for beginners). If you want some tips or have questions, just email me at I’d be glad to help! By the way, it shouldn’t take too long if you stick to it and do it the HEALTHY way. U nned to increase your metabolism so keep excersising. Do not eat cereal bread and biscuits chocolates junk food fat. Eat vegie and healthy food. Cut on milk for 3 weeks. It should take u for a month. Once u start getting in the fat loosing roll u will start loosing weight in a accelerated fashion.
