Illiminate sugars, starches, grains, dairy. Eat protein, vegetables, vitamins and water.

don’t listen to anyone who says that shifting weight will be “easy” dont even fool you’re self. fact of the matter is, you need to get out there, gym, sports, anything that involves psyical activities will help you lose weight. find somthing you enjoy, and do it. also, cut down on junk foods or eating to much…

tough love man, you can’t easily lose weight…. but it dont mean its impossible, will power is all it takes.
