I ate nothing but fruits and Veggies since Nov 25th, I wanted to lose 25 lbs by Feb 28th…….Today I weighed in 1 pound to my goal, 6 weeks soon……..Fruits and Veggies really really work……no lie.

first check your BMI on google this determines if your healthy
if you just want to kick off your tummy you dont need to loose 25-30 lbs

if you are 130 lbs but your 5′7 thats good you dont have to weight 100 just cause your friend is 5′1 and that weight.

to loose what you want though you should start running every day and have some strength training. running will melt away the fat or any cardio doing sit ups will only build mussle under the fat.

Drink a lot of water and try and get more exercise. But remember not to starve yourself. Don’t try to lose too much too fast because it can result in loose skin. And remember don’t lose too much weight if you already at a normal weight.
