i am 5′3″ and a whopping 155 pounds… mostly FAT…. barely any muscle… i have a huge nasty stomach, fat thighs, and fat arms…. please help me… i’m so depressed and people pick on me at school…. and i just want to be healthy and happy. please help me lose 25 pounds by april 1st so i can look good for my prom in may, and summer…. and so i can feel better about myself and be able to do stuff without getting tired. i’m so depressed and FAT :’(

im glad youre being honest with yourself
you noticed a problem and want to change
and you can do it!

if you have the physical ability you might consider what works for me
get some aerobic exercise daily (gradually build up your exercise session to 30 minutes then gradually build up to 45, 60 minutes)
the best way without doubt is jogging (start with fast walking and do not increase your distance too soon)
you can also use an elliptical machine or stationary bike
do not drink soda pop or eat fried foods or buttery foods
drink a lot of water and tea
go vegetarian and eat small meals each day such as fruit and oatmeal and rice & beans
make soy protein drinks if possible because its important to make sure you get enough protein when trying to lose weight

Weight Watchers is a great place. It gives help and meetings which provide support and strength to you. Be strong and ignore them though. You are better then them if they say that kind of stuff to you.

did you exercise today or walk? what about yesterday? the day before that? will you tomorrow? …. if the answer to these questions is NO then there’s something to think about. Talk is cheap and either you want to loss or you don’t. It’s up to you. Put the cheetos down and try drinking lots of water.

my friend’s dad, a doctor, has this thing where eat half as much as u reguraly eat(only healthy food), twice as much exercise. GOOD LUCK!

no not necessarily eat less unless your currently eating a lot. but eat a normal, healthy diet for your age and make sure to get good excersice! :)

There’s a program thru “Dr. Hendrix” that actually takes a blood test to see what your system is missing or lacking. Then, compares your activity levels.
My wife lost 45lbs in 4 months just by balancing her diet and walking 30 mins every other day on a treadmill.

gurl put vinigir in your water and drink some that will curve your appitite (make u not wont to eat as much) try it it worked 4 me

you can still eat the same food you eat now ,but jus eat less of it. Drink alot of water daily. Excersice:walking,run,& jog.jus cut out fast foods,and eat vegetables. cut out the greasy food, like burgers,pizza,n fries.

exercise everyday eat no candy sweet or junk get you a exercise bike and work out every day that should help you

there isnt anything that other people can do for you. you are probably sick of hearing this, but the best way to lose weight is to eat healthier and excercise. Dont starve yourself, because that slows down our metabolism when you excercise and you dont burn as much as you should. Dont overdo it when you excercise because your muscles need a break. if you over do it you can cause more bad then good. try smaller portions too. consume less soda and sugars. if you drink, lighten up on the alchohol, it packs on the pounds.

First off - even if you are fat, which at that height and weight you really aren’t too bad at all, you should still be happy with yourself for who you are and what you look like.

Secondly - DON’T GO NEAR FAST FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!

Also start drinking water like crazy. DO NOT stop eating though. Take long walks/jogs and if you don’t like to do it alone ask a parent or friend to go with you. Make sure you tell someone your goal so that they can help you with it.

It is safe to lose about a pound a week, so if you start now you can lose 20 pounds before your goal time of April 1st.

stop eating junk of all kinds
eat as many vegies as you can , chicken and fish is best for protein, and start brisk walking ,slowly get in to jogging.
sit ups , and squats are best, none of it easy but no pain no gain.
you need a life style change.

get into some exercise program and look up the lemonaid diet it is a booklet by stanley boroughs you can find it on the internet do a google search read it and stick to it it should help you out good luck

Its great that you want to change. when people pick on u at school, just say oh, thank u that was SO nice of you, and then say something bad about them. or just show off that u r chubby and they will see u dont care. my mom did weight watchers and lost alot. also try working out at least 30 minutes a day, and eat healthier foods

Get more active, take dance classes or yoga. Or join a sport at school. Maybe your school has workout equipment you can use after school.

Watch what you are eating. Don’t cut one thing out of your diet, like carbs, but eat good carbs instead. Rather then eating regular pasta buy whole wheat pasta. Get baked potato chips instead of regular chips. Eat more fruits and vegetables. There is a diet called the Glucose Impact Diet. If you buy a book about it, it will explain what foods are good for losing weight, what foods will help you maintain weight and what foods will help you gain weight. Did you know that certain melons will help you gain weight?

Do a something physical that you love. Like I love dance so i started taking dance classes in school and then i joined the dance team and lost alot of weight!! If that doesn’t work go to a gym or rent excersice videos and to add motivation get a friend to work out with you.

o.k I’m not an expert but i;m looking to loose weight as well for prom look cut the FAST FOOD completely drink more water!!!!!!!!!! exercise more find something that you enjoy doing yo physical like dancing, swimming, walking jogging you know stuff and remember that “pain is gain” that IS FALSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! o.k it does not have to hurt. eat chicken brest not FRY alot of vegetables you know stuff like eat cereal in the morning or fruit and yougurt small portions. and if you get hungry around 9 or 10 in morning eat like an apple or a chewy bar nutrious bars stuff o.k you’ll do great
i did this like 2 years ago and in a month i lost like 15 pounds but i was really sick i hasd gallstones and in a total of 5 months i went from 198 to 135. but its different for different people o.k
