I will be working out on the elliptical and stationary recumbant bike. In order for me to lose that much amount of weight in 2 weeks how many minutes or hours should I exercise on each? I will be going back to school soon.

No, but you will probably end up in the hospital with electrolyte imbalances. Crash dieting is very very dangerous. You need to eat a balanced diet. An hour of exercise a day is plenty. However, if you don’t eat properly you will end up blacking out while exercising. Please do not drink just tea and eat very little.

You can lose weight the fastest by eating a big breakfast, and not eating after 6 pm.

If that isn’t good enough, and your a go getter and you want to get faster results, then do a juice fast.

This should be number one, but for most people this is the hardest. Eat a big breakfast
It is interesting to note that 80 percent of the people who are overweight eat a small breakfast or none at all. Eighty percent of thin people eat a large breakfast. Your breakfast should consist of as much as you want of the following items. Everything listed should be organic. Apples, pears, berries, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruit, plums, peaches, prunes, figs, rye bread, raw butter (raw means not pasteurized and not homogenized), raw milk, plain yogurt (this means no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, beef in any form as long as it’s organic, chicken in any form as long as it’s organic, lamb in any form as long as it’s organic, tuna, sardines, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, salsa, celery, carrots, any vegetable, potatoes in limited amounts, coffee in limited amounts made with pure water not tap water with raw milk or cream and raw evaporated sugar cane juice or honey as a sweetener, real tea (not tea in tea bags).

Eat a huge salad at lunch & dinner
I don’t care if your lunch is a cheeseburger, French fries, and a pint of ice cream, add to it a big, huge salad and eat that first. You’ll be amazed that you lose weight. The salad can contain anything you like as long as it is only vegetables and they are organic. The salad dressing should be organic olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, or organic vinegar. If you really want to speed the weight loss process use organic apple cider vinegar. Add some organic sea salt, fresh ground pepper, or some garlic for taste.

Starving yourself might get you to lose some weight, then once you eat you will gain weight back, its better to do it healthy, so it lasts forever.

I Would Not Suggest That. You Should Be Losing 2-3 Pounds Maximum Per Week.

I Also Think You Will Have To Starve To Accomplish That.

Weight Loss is 20% exercise and 80% proper diet. Even vigorous exercise alone is not sufficient for healthy, effective weight loss. A nutritious, balanced diet is the major player in attaining a healthy weight, safely. That said - the weight you lose is the differnce between your calorie intake and the calories burnt. So unless I know how many calories you consume every day, it is hard to say how many pounds you will lose. Still if you are eating right and exercising regularly, you can lose 5-10 pounds per month. Remember losing weight at the cost of health is neither wise nor recommended.

oh no no no.

If you are fasting you CANNOT EXERCISE!!!

it will kill you. literally.

in about two weeks you can lose about 15 pounds, just fasting… but im warning you, it;ll all come back once you start eating again. your body needs the food, and fasting just isnt good for you..

This is your problem. Your looking for a quick way to lose a massive amount of weight. Take time to do this, its a harder process but its safer, and easier to keep than to stop eating altogether.

Not unless you cut off a leg too! Weight goes on over a long time so it will take a long time to take it off safely! There are some people who also take laxatives and crap themselves lighter in weight or intentionally throw up - but this action is dangerous to your health! See a dietitian or doctor before you do something drastic.

Like what everyone else said. Also, the less you eat, the more your body hangs on to what fat you have. Not only does this make starving yourself less effective then a well balenced proven diet, it makes it harder to lose weight in the future. Look around a bit, reaserch some diets. Anorexia never helped anyone.

no, eating little is not going to help you. My mother eats salads white chicken. Drinks water. A lot of water! She eats it all and shes skinny. sometimes she eats very little junk food. Not all the time.
If you try not eating nothing that will pretty much be un-healthy. You have to eat your greens and plenty of water! Also my mother likes cleaning A LOT! She is not a messy person. If she ever see’s a mess she goes super crazy. That’s My mothers fitness is cleaning. That’s how she does her fitness.

also my mom ways only 120 pounds. Even though she is 50 years old.(I just know since i heard her talking about it)
