Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:


So, I have been working out for about two weeks and I’m not getting any results. I just think that I need to the motivation and the assurance that i will be able to lose a sufficient amount of weight in the next five weeks. Do you think it will happen or am I just getting my hopes up?

Just keep on going. That is a bit fast to lose that much but right now you are making muscle so do not get discouraged.

20 lb is a lot to lose in 4 weeks, but keep working at it because even if you only lose 15 lb you are closer to your goal than if you don’t keep working at it. Be sure you are not eating too much sodium, drink plenty of water and avoid soda pop. If you eat right and exercise at least 30 minutes a day you will lose weight. Good luck.

Well if you are very heavy then it is much easier to shed pounds. If you are very focused and you work hard then it is possible. Some tips are not eating out, no fats, writing down what you eat, go to weight watchers and buy their food at the grocery store. Also have someone do this with you like a friend so that there might be some competition. Also keep goals.

It is very possible to lose 25 pounds in a month. I had a friend lose that much in a month. She made different kinds of salads as well as baking some recipes that she found off of the internet. Walking is the greatest excersize. Ecspecially if you don’t like to job or work out. But a 30 minute to hour walk will make a big difference. Look up some recipes online.

what you have to remember is PORTION CONTROL. Don’t eat more than what it calls for. one cup is only about the size of your hand. dont over eat and have diverse excercising schedules. do pillates or kick boxing. cardio vascular workouts work great

to loose weight, you just need to burn more calories than you take in. dont not eat, thats stupid, but just make sure you eat stuff thats low calories so that you can burn all those calories during the day.

i dont think thats possible..only if you managed to be trapped in a cave with no food but water, then Yes! it is possible.

no seriously, i guess the best way to lose that much weight, is that you spend your time strictly on your diet and exercise. and you cant do that with your normal diet.

No you cannot lose that much. Keep working out, cut out most carbs keeping the whole grains in. Cut out all the sweets and sugary drinks, and take in at least 1200 calories per day to keep you healthy. Good luck. Stay safe.

you can and others have
you need to bring it to your workouts everyday as well as the kitchen and already have a soild understanding as to how much carbs your body needs to maintain enough energy for your workouts and still loose weight.
I like a 70% protein 20% carbs and 10% fat ratio when I am leaning out for the summer
eat all carbs in the morning do not skip any meals and all carbs must be the whole grain variety to stablize your blood sugar at a high level this means NO WHITE BREAD BUNS BAGELS NOTHING MADE WITH WITH FLOUR PASTA WHATEVER avoid all sugars drinks high cal energy bars white rice potaoes most meals should be lean meat and lots of veggies if your serious about shredding fat.
eat a small snack inbetween your meals as well should be less then 200 calories and protien for the most part
