It is definitly possible to loose 20-25 pounds with a proper diet and exercise. Also, you are getting results. Muscles start to replace fat and muscles are more dense than fat so you may see results in your size but not your weight. Keep on working out. Weight loss is all about establishing a pattern and sticking to it. Eating 5-7 small meals a day and exercising for 1hr a day at least 5 to 6 days a week.
