I feel fat and wen i go back to school i wanna be skinny like all my friends.I weight 129 pounds and my goal is 105pounds.Is it possible to lose that much weight?Iv went on a fst wen i was younger and went from like 96pounds to 82 pounds in like 1 week.Can i do it again?I wanna feel skinny again!Any suggestions?

Even though you would like to lose that much weight in that much time, it may be unhealthy for you. Regardless of that, if your fast worked, you might want to try it again. However fasting is also unhealthy and it might have been because of your young age that you were able to do that fasting. Instead of fasting, try this diet. Replace juice, milk, and other beverages for water. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables to remove the wastes from your body,making it easier for you to lose weight. Eat a bowl of fruit as a meal once every other day. Exercise for 20-30 minutes and increase the time as you get comfortable or if you think it is too easy. Look at the calories you are consuming now, cut it drastically and make it around 500-1000 calories a day, and burn off as much as possible. Eat whole grain instead of white bread. Try not to eat fast food for those 4-5 weeks.

also run up and down the stairs for like 30 minutes ;;DD
