Tape worm is the answer to all your problems
yes
water fast.
EDIT: i don’t know if the person above me is joking or not, but don’t try tapeworms. a woman died from ingesting tape worm larvae. they ate up all her insides.
No, but you could lose about 13 if you eat 1200-1400 cal/day and exercise vigorously for 30 minutes every day. 2 lbs./week is about as much as you can lose - your body has ways of holding onto weight if it senses you’re trying to starve it, so crazy diets won’t help.
Not safely. You should not loose more than 2lbs a week. Can cause gall stones as your kidneys cannot process the fat fast enough to remove it.
If you have stomach flu! and even then you put it back on. Just reduce your calories do more excercise and don’t drink alchohol you will lose some but not what your looking to do safely.
Absolutely not. Not safely anyway. Besides, losing weight that fast would just come back just as fast.
Of course. I’ve done it several times. You stop eating. You exercise. By exercise I don’t mean 30 minute work out at your local gym. I mean exercise as in getting your heart rate up for an extended period of time. So that you actually burn off calories. Jogging works great. Mowing lawn, shoveling rock, planting tree’s & flowers. Some forms of exercise will actually accomplish something. America has a huge obesity problem. Extra weight is hard on your heart, because it has to pump twice as hard. And the lungs to, obese people you can actually hear them gasp for air. Feet, hips, & knees wear out from all that extra weight.
