It is possible, but not recommended. It would involve some sort of surgery or fat removing procedure. I am not a Dr but I think that plain old dieting and working out is the best bet. It will take longer but will be better for you, plus you get the added bonus of knowing you did it all by yourself!!

Yes that’s a very healthy rate to lose weight because you are basically putting yourself at losing 2.5 lbs a week. I used the south beach diet (it’s really not as bad as atkins as most people think because it encourages good carbs and low fat meats) and I got excellent results, but now I am just working out and eating a balanced diet. Good luck!

Yes. It’s perfect. I mean you might not lose exactly that much, you might even lose 10 pounds less or even 10 pounds more, but you should try eating healthier and excersizing more. it should work.

That is super possible. The way I figure it 25 lbs. / 2.5= 10 lbs. per month. 10 lbs. / 4 weeks is 2.5 pounds a week. So to lose 25 pounds in 2.5 months means that you would have to lose 2.5 pounds per week (which is the suggested amount).

I can’t tell you the best exercises, per se, because it all depends on what you like to do. But the types of exercises that would take it off the absolute quickest is swimming, weightlifting, yoga (especially power yoga–be careful though). Any activity that makes you work up a sweat is good, if you didn’t sweat, you didn’t do anything.

Also, if you want to loose weight, cut your portions. Get smaller plates, eat, and if you are still hungry wait 25 mins. Most of all, STAY AWAY FROM SODAS. Sodas and other sugary drinks are the diet killers that most ignore. Drink water or something like teas from tea bags (not mass produced ice teas)

Good luck, it is a hard road up but you can make it.

To lose 25 pounds in 2.5 months you would need to lose a little over 2 pounds per week, about the most you want to lose. You must reduce your calories by 1000 per day to lose 2 pounds per week. Don’t let your calories go below 1200 per day. If you run/jog/walk about 4 mph or faster, you’ll burn approximately 150 calories per mile.

Use this calculator to figure out how many calories you burn each day then figure out if you can adjust it by that many calories each day…

Jogging/running is a great calorie burner. You can do weight training to build muscle which burns more calories day and night.

I personally lost 45 pounds in about 5 months, but it came off much quicker in the beginning. So I believe if you get busy it is realistic to lose 25 pounds in 2.5 months in a healthy way. Good luck!
