i weigh about 174 lbs. and really want to weigh 150 by the time grauation comes rolling about(june 6,2009 to be exact) well today is new years day,and my resolution is to lose 25 lbs. by june..
for starters i am going to detoxify my body by juicing with squeezed lemon with warm water for two whole days..i’ll consider any tips of yours?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Yes but, if you loose weight too fast, you can throw your heart into (spelling, sorry) Eurythmia. I lost a good friend because of that. Heart attack! Lost 40 pounds in a month!

yes it’s possible…..just eat right and EXERCISE (that’s the biggy). Take a multi-vitamin and maybe a b-complex as well- depending on them not being a risk if you’re on other meds…etc….gl

you can, but you must work hard
do a bunch of active activities like swimming, running, weight lifting, and some old school work outs
and dont forget a well balance diet(no chips, soda, and all that good stuff)

The best way to lose weight is to eat sensibly and exercise, that’s just a fact. As far as whether or not it’s possible - yes, it’s possible, but not really healthy. Most experts say a pound a week is the most you should lose.. Now, that’s only one pound away from what you want to lose, and some say you can lose 1.5 pounds, so yes, it can be done. For maximum fat loss you should do cardio, as for the exact amount you’ll need to do I can’t tell you. This is a great site, and this tool especially can help you with this goal. Plug in your information and it will tell you if it’s reasonable, but I think that they use the one pound a week system -

Yes, but it won’t be easy. It’s going to require work and commitment.

I have two reccomendations for you:

1) if you feel like spending some money, pick up a copy of Body for Life. It works, and it works really well. It’s a tough program though. But go ahead and research it, and you won’t find a single website that says “this doesn’t work.” You will however find some that say “this is too hard for a lot of people.” My girlfriend went on it and she lost a half pound a DAY for about three weeks before she lost her willpower and quit. It was all healthy weight, not water weight. (you drink a ton of water in the program.)

2) if you don’t want to spend money, try great workout, simple nutritional advice (maybe a little too simple) and he has your whole training regimin broken down into week long segments along with video help on how to do each exercise. This site doesn’t get nearly enough love, its a great program.

Hell yes i used to weight the same thing back in july and i know weigh 153 so it was like 20 pounds in like six months but the last couple of months i dint work out as i used to the first 3 months. Oh yeah I got a Total Gym, and a treadmill, but I dont run much.

most things are possible it all depends on how bad you want it. john Wayne (the actor) had 25 pounds of crap inside him when they did his autopsy, so some pipe cleaner is a good start. ephedrine will stop food cravings but it might cause a heart attack as well. i think its still legal in the USA. the most dramatic weight lose i ever seen was caused by a cocaine addiction. not good. just don’t ask the places that sell detox pills or whatever because they all think what they sell is best. check out what real people have to say on sites like YouTube.
