breakfast:6:40 am oatmeal/ carrot juice
at 12: school lunch i eat peaches and carrots
when i get home at 3:25 pm i eat a salad with boil chicken
snacks apples or grapes.
i drink water all day and i exercise for about 2 hours.

Only possible for a guys, sorry. With that diet you might drop 15. Girls don’t have it easy weight-wise. But then again, they can have *** whenever they want.

your diet sounds good, I would add a baked potatoe with the chicken. it will give you carbs, it is only 120 calories, you will need the carbs it offers.

i think you could do it. i’ve lost fourty pounds in four months. i went on like, severe diet. hardly eating, too many hours at the gym. i wouldn’t recommend it. but that sounds like an awesome diet plan! you can find a website where you create a free account and you can track your weight. if you put in your height, weight, and desired weight, it will give you an estimate on how long it will take you. and you can log all your calories and stuff! i’ve done that before, i don’t remember which website i used! :[ i’m sure if you google it you can find one though!
It will be all about the exercise IMO.
6 weeks = 42 days. And 25 pounds = 25 * 3500 = 87,500 calories.
87,500 / 42 = just over 2,000 calories per day
As far as the diet you can drop about 800 calories safely from your diet. Taking more out is not healthy and can mess with your metabolism which could make it harder (instead of easier).
You must assume that there will be days you miss the exercise or eat too much. This is normal.
So I would plan on 1800 calories by exercise and 800 by diet giving you some flexibility in case of injury, etc.
You will probably need to exercise at least 30 minutes in the morning (going all out) and the other in the evening. A 2 hour workout straight just doesn’t do the same thing.
Also, doing a long steady exercise is not normally as good as hard interval training. I find the recline bike is excellent and even got up to 3500 calories per day before.
That might be a little to quick, do not forget staying healthy. We sometimes try to lose to much to fast. Set some healthy goals and stick to it, it will come off, but don’t sacrafice your health. Also when we lose weight very fast it can ***** up your metabolism and cause on going weight issue’s both to fat and to skinny.
