Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
I`m going on a trip to Greece in six weeks time and I don`t want to be another overweight person on the beach. I`m on a diet and run everyday and have already lost about 10 pounds, but people say that after the initial loss, you only lose like 2 pounds a week. I`d need to lose twice as much. I run like 3.2 km per day and I`m improving on the distance and my food diet contains mainly carbs and some proteins and very few fats. I`m currently 202 pounds and want to get to 178. So is it possible to do that? If yes some tips would be really helpful.

no, unnless you are sick, u will lose only a limited pound maybe like 3 llbs. a week but i don’t think 25 llbs in 6 weeks is possible
im 15 and i lost 20 pounds in 2 months by dieting and staying away from the pop and doing step aerobics 2 times a week for a hour

Yes ,but it’s unhealthy if you want to lose weight you have to do it a little at a time otherwise your body won’t keep the weight off.
