2lbs a week is fastest you can safely lose weight. Attempts to lose any faster than that are very stressful on your body, especially your liver and can lead to serious medical complications.
A balanced diet along the lines of what you’ve suggested (don’t forget to include some dairy, fruit and some whole grains as well though) and the amount of exercise you suggest will certainly help you reach a goal of 2lbs a week.
