I have been dropping weight! I love working out now. I workout 3 days a week for about 1 hour and 30mins. I want to push myself the last 6 weeks because I have a reunion coming up! If I coming to do what I am doing can I acheive it? I have lost about 30 pounds in ten weeks.

for me its not possible, coz i dont have a lot of bodyfat.
but if u do have it, go for it. try to go to the gym and use weights, squats and stuff really help build ur leg muscles, which will make u burn fat while ur resting.
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
do not mutilate yourself, lose as much as you can, without doing anything drastic.
oh definately, but you have to really cut portions and eat light things and cleanse yourself often
It is possible from a new start on a diet, but if you have already lost 30 pounds it is very unlikely that you could looose another 25 pounds in 6 weeks.
