Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
I currently weigh 154 pounds (70kg).

I will be starting University in September, and I would really like to lose 25 pounds by that time. But I am not too familiar with weight loss and don’t know if that is even possible in such short a time.
My parents would never let me spend money on a weight loss program, so I plan on exercising at home, running, and DDR as well as eating healthier and in smaller portions.
Imagining that I stick to my plans and drill my way through, would this a good way?
