Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:


I am very overweight..obese actually. I weigh 175-180 lbs and I am only 5′3. I was never overweigh growing up, and about 5 years ago I was actually only about 103 pounds! I totally changed lifestyles, and gained loads of weight. I am on medication now that my doctor prescribed because I have PCOS..insulin resistance, and it helps with my appetitie. Plus, I am going to do a cleanse on top of it, and the stuff I am on is sort of a cleanse! I am starting to do 45 minutes of cardio every day..at least 5 days a week, and every other day I will do things like sit-ups, lunges, weights..etc. I am trying to get pregnant, so I need to lose weight somewhat fast, but I have a feeling that with the change in lifestyles again I will lose the weight….when I was in high school weighing 118 pounds I got to 105 in about 2-3 weeks because I had a loss of appeitite, and worked out like crazy…my body is just weird like that. I gain fast, and lose fast I guess.
