Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
I’ve lost about 25 pounds in a year by eating healthier and less and exercising more. But now i’m trying to do more to lose the weight in certain areas, mainly legs and arms. Any suggestions on exercises that can help in those areas? I only have about 10 or 15 more pounds to lose so now i’m mostly just trying to tone up. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Running will decrease the girth of your arms and legs if done regularly for distance. Start out jogging for 20 minutes each morning and progress until you can run 30 - 45 minutes for optimum fat burning.
If you are in a rush and can’t run then jump rope instead. 10 or 12 minutes of jumping is an excellent workout and will burn a ton of calories.
