lose 25 pounds
Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:

I had my baby 8 weeks ago.
I started out at 247
Went down to 236 the first two months
and at the end of the pregnancy was 256.

Now, 8 weeks later I’m 231.
I’ve been walking daily and eating a little better, but I’m wondering, what are some ways to lose the next 25 pounds?

Thanks a TON!

Eat frequently but moderate portions.

Push away all fried foods, pastries, dairy high in fats — just oils and fats.

Good luck.

fish! lots of good protein for a lean body
vegetables–cant stress that enough
fibrous food, such as apples, celery, All Bran cereal
multigrains
fresh fruits like grapefruit, blueberries, strawberries, pears
lean meat, and cut the fat!

exercising can be anything from a half hour stroll to some light weight training

well you could always go on a diet. workout harder. or you could starve youself but dont because it is harmful to your body and you could end up dying. I think the best way is to use portion control my uncle uses it and he has lost 45 pounds and looks great.

Well hon count on it taking awhile.
I had my baby 11 mos ago and I lost all the weight plus 6 pounds.

If you are breastfeeding you will lose so much and it will not feel like an effort.
I gained nearly 50 pounds 136-183. I now weigh 130.
I walked ate what I wanted and breastfed. It took me ages to lose it I lost roughly 1 pound or 1/2 pound a week. So it may take you 6 mos to a year to lose the weight.
Time and patience keep up the walking and the good eating.

I was in the same predicament, I weighed more in my life and I hated it. But the weight came off. I eventually returned to my prepregnancy weight after about 6 months. You are only a two and have lost 25! Good luck to you

1. you are doing well - just focus on your nutrition and vary yr meals on a periodical basis.

Try avoiding carbs after 2pm…

2. have 6 healthy mini meals a day (salad plate size ) to control cravings

3. mix up your workout - slow cardio is great for beginners but after a while your body needs more stimulation - so you need to up your intensity with intervals and resistance training - this combination just burns more
