I really want to look good this summer so i can feel comfy in my bikini and not worry what people are thinkin and i just wanna have fun so i figure i have 2 months so i want to lose some weight and tone up.

Right now i weigh 144 pounds im 5′5 and im 15 yrs old.
I have access to a gym. and im going to go grocery shoppin in few days.
What food should i get?
How long should i workout at the gym?Doing what?
My problem area is mainly my stomach i **** it so much i just really want it flat and not this lower pooch stickin out of my shirt thats not cute. And my upper arms. I want to tone my **** cuz its a little flabby.and thats about it.

I had too many pounds in all the embarrassing zones until I tried out acai berry, I know they say that pills will not work, but they sure worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. There’s a free trial on right now at , why not check it out, what is the worst that could happen?
Since your food preferences may differ from mine, I suggest you get a healthy cookbook, so you can learn some good recipes, and pick out ones you like. Also I would weightlift as well as do some cardio. Make up a routine for yourself. After a month, you will see and feel results. Hope this helps!
