Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
In the past 4 months, I have lost 25 pounds with 30 minutes of cardio daily, and keeping my calorie intake at 2500 a day.
Everything has gotten thinner, but I still have these cursed love handles that dont wanna seem to budge.
I suppose they are here to stay?

No they don’t have to be. Increased activity will get rid of them as well as some toning. If your diet is good, then try these exercises after doing some cardio:
Remember the cardio though because that’s how you will get rid of the fat in combination with a low fat diet. the toning then comes along to help you tighten and tone it all up.
move side to side
or twist for 20min a day
you need to cut the cardio down to three times a week and throw in some weight lifting 4 days a week. now that you lost that weight you need to gain it back in muscle. toning up like that has a way of removing stubborn fat that cardio alone cannot do. i always had a problem getting abs but when i started to squat and get bigger my muscle got rid of it all for me.
Lay on your side and put you hand on the side of your head to hold it up and lift your leg up in a scissor motion while tipping your hips slightly forward. Do them on both sides and do as many as you can before you go to bed.
no, they will go away with time.
i’ve lost nearly 40 pounds and they are still here, but going away slowly.
i suggest doing side crunches, either sitting down or standing up and holding a weight (doesn’t matter, start out at around 5lbs) and leaning over to the left side (or which ever side the weight is in your hand) and keep your feet flat on the floor as you lean from your hips to get the weight to touch your calf (or foot if possible) and repeat on the other side. these have help me a LOT in route to losing mine, so i’m pretty sure they will help you too! try Sensa. no Dr required, but works!
if you have dumbbells:
stand up straight with one in each hand and dip each shoulder back and forth.. the base of your spine shouldn’t move but the top of your spine should be moving side to side.
it helps a lot and its easy
