I’m 5′2 and need to lose 25 lbs. Please make me a diet/work out plan. I have a treadmill and weights at home and could go to a gym 2-3 times a week. Please keep in mind that I have school from 8 am-4 pm. Thanks!

if we have to make you a diet plan, do we have to exercise for you too?
eat 1200-1400 calories a day and sweat your *** off.
Visit sparks people.com this weight loss site has a daily meal plan, and other information on losing weight, you can join for free on line and there are groups you can join and discuss different subjects on weight loss etc.
