She is right! You are being obsessive about your weight. Check weight charts any one will tell you you are already underweight, so just EAT SOMETHING ALREADY.
I remember being at that weight (I’m just under 5′8″.) My grandma was worried I had an eating disorder and my friends called me “crack baby” because I was way too thin. You are fine the way you are - try to figure out why it is that you want to lose the weight and address THAT issue, not losing weight.
That is a fine weight for your height, you could even put on a few pounds and still be a healthy weight.
Getting to 100 pounds will make you look terrable.
