i just want to tell u now that u wont lose that much and if u do its not healthy u r only supposed to lose 2 pounds a week
Belly dancing, it really tones your stomach and ****. also drink ONLY WATER. recommended amount.. NO MORE SODA
Just be very active and dont sit around! Watch what you eat too.
Its easy. Get off of yahoo answers and exercise for God’s sakes. Go for a long walk everyday or run up and down the stairs 20 times.
walk/run every day… dont eat sugar, soda. bread, pasta, and deep fried food
eat a one pound bag of Steam fresh Vegatables for lunch, you will lose about 5lbs the next day. as for the rest… Get a Nintendo Wii and EA Active game, seems to have worked well for my wife who got it the day it came out.

try to eat things low in sodium (holds some water weight in) and low in carbs, eat veggies and fruits, stay away from frieds and white flour

If you have a big ball (like a yoga ball), do leg raises while you bounce on your stomach. That will tone your ****.

just run… this will be really good for you legs and for you buttock just stack three yellow page phones book and squat making sure your rump touches the books with your arms out like your driving a car. do it everyday spend at least 2 hours on it. remember hard work pays off.
You need to run long distance for long times. You also need to do crunches, sit ups, and any other simple workouts will help you get the flatter stomach.
go to the park with a friend and go running, do pushups, sit ups, jumping jacks, crazy eights (lay on the floor and you put your legs together and make them into an eight), leg lifts, arm lifts, pull yourself on the monkey bars at the park. and go swimming. if you dont have a pool go to a local pool near by and do laps (free style, backstroke, breaststroke ect )
and eat healty. dont starve just eat salads and fruits and water. no junk food, sweets or soda
What you need to do is start eating health. And try a cardio workout that you can do at home.
Go onto your couch and start doing sit ups with your legs up on the spot where your head would be, and have your higher back and head off of the couch and do about 5×50.
The more you run, the better your **** will look, so spend all that time running your **** should be looking pretty nice. It will also cut off alot of pounds by running a few miles every day.
Finish off the day by doing about 20×5 push ups, it will work your abdominal muscles and make you alot fitter.
Also, stop drinking as much soda, try to focus on eating only the essentials. Eat only fruit, veggies, meats, and only drink water or milk. Anything else won’t help, it will only make you fatter.
Get “Ensure” nutritional drink and have one for breakfast and one for lunch. For dinner have a very sensible meal including a vegetable and a fruit serving. You may supplement your “Ensure,” drink with cold water, coffee or tea with sugar substitute (no cream). Also, diet pop — all the while preferably limiting your caffeine intake. Do not go below 1,200 calories per day, and do not exceed 1,700. Try to at least do some walking for exercise. Take a vitamin supplement, and don’t cheat late in the day or you will blow it!
The best thing to do is to go outside and do some exercise

every night i do crunchs before i go to sleep, and my stomache is toned and i have a ‘V’ shaped and im not embrassed to wear binkinis no more.
eat healthy stuff like i do! also try not to eat so much junk food it puts pounds on in seconds!

That is not physically possible without putting yourself at a HUGE risk for getting terribly sick. You won’t lose 25 pounds. More like 10.
It’s impossible to loose that much weight in such little time. If you don’t have weight use water bottles, cans, books, etc. Also, go to the library and rent a workout video, especially one that targets your abs and buns. If the video requires you to use dumb bells, you can always count on a pair of water bottles. Have fun, and don’t stress out if you can’t loose the 25 pounds that you want to loose because it won’t happen. At least by that time, you will feel better about yourself and have a toner body.
Well, health wise I don’t think you should lose THAT much in that given amount of time. But you can still lose around 15 pounds by then and if you tone your body while you lose weight your body will look like you’ve lost more even if you haven’t because it will be more tight and firm. You could always try a simple calorie count of about 1200 calories a day, do 1000 your first week as a boost, because your first week will be when you lose the most weight during your diet.
Make an exercise schedule for yourself and there are moves you can do with your arms to tighten them that don’t require weights. Use your yard to the fullest and look up different exercise moves on the internet that you can do or get an exercise video from a video store, like a dance video so you don’t get to bored fast and learn some new dance moves while your at it.
P.S. don’t over do it, because that will move your body into what’s called starvation mode and you will lose nothing then. Oh and you can reach starvation mode even when your not starving yourself, like exercising to much, only taking in 900 or less calories a day. So be mindful of that.
do interval running
run your fastest and hold it for 1 min. after that jog for 5 mins. then repeat until you reach 30 mins.
dont just jog it wont do too much, if you can hold your running for a longer time then do it
do core training exercises like plank, side plank then plunge do some sit ups crunches, do it with quality than quantity its better if you count and if you do crunches hold it when its crunched for 1 sec everytime so it will be more effective

The normal and clinically safe rate for weight loss is 2 pounds per week. So, 25 pounds is not a realistic target by August 10. Given the time frame, 10 pounds would be a realistic target by August 10th.
Start off by walking for an 30 to 45 minutes each day. Limit your calorie intake to 2000 calories per day, no eating after 6:00 PM
Decrease your food intake, while swapping out certain food types. For example, eat a piece of fruit instead of cookie, chips, candy.
Cut way back on really fatty foods like pizza, fries, etc.
Take a second walk later in the late afternoon, to burn off dinner calories. You will see results, so hang in there - YOU CAN do this.
