Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:


I am 15, 5′3 and 130lbs.
I want to lose 25 pounds, and weigh 105lbs.
I have a small frame, so weighing 105lbs would not be unhealthy.
I have three rules though,
1. I can’t do a diet that takes alot of money to buy supply’s.
2. I don’t want to gain any muscle weight or muscles.
3. And I would like to lose the weight as fast as I could.
Any help would be great, Thanks!

technically you’re weight should be 115 pounds. every inch you grow over 5 feet you should weigh 5 pounds over 100:
example:
5′1″ = 105
5′2″ = 110
5′3″ = 115
etc.
so just excersize and eat right
