You need to eat right and exercise. Create a calorie deficit. That is, take in less calories than you burn. I just lost about 20 lbs - took me since May. I ate only about 1200 calories a day, but I was eating oatmeal for breakfast, a snack (cheese stick), chicken with a veggie and whole wheat bread for lunch, yogurt/granola in the afternoon, and a small dinner. Also, try to exercise 30 minutes 3-5 times per week.

okay i would suggest going to the gym 3 times a week for 35 to 40 minutes or more if you want and eating healthier things eat a fruit for breakfast a salad for lunch and maybe yogurt oh chicken something along those lines it all depends on what your weight is if you are heavy then you are more likely to lose the pounds faster. it amy take 1 months to lose 20 pounds it all depends on how fast you want to go and how healthy you want to eat try eating healthy because if you don’t try and just go to the gym it will mess up your metabolism.
hey hun, you should really change your eating habits - consume healthier food choices, and stop eating junk food, alcohol, and sugary sweets. i would also suggest getting a gym pass, and hiring a personal trainer. from what i’ve heard, losing baby weight is hard so get help from someone who knows what they’re talking about.
So I just lost 20 pounds on the optifast died, which I dont really recommend because its super expensive. But I’m kinda following the same idea of the diet. I eat All the recommended daily intakes of the vitamins, fibers etc so my body isn’t begging for food. Also drinking lots of water whenever I feel hungry helps me, Now you see me with water running around everywhere. I also stopped on all carbs. I only eat lots of tuna salad, lots of soups, and for snacks things like carrots, apples, oranges etc. I also make sure that one of my meals never exceeds 180 calories. I eat 5 times a day with snacks in between. You will loose weight. Also try walking around or being slightly more active. Instead of using the elevators I started using stairs.. simple everyday things like that will help.
The absolute best way, that I know of, without starving yourself, or changing your eating habits, is to start jogging, or speed walking, if your health permits. You should start very slowly,though, if you are not used to this type of exercise; just a few minutes, if that, the first day. If you can’t get outside for this, running in place works just as well. It gets your cardio vascular system pumped up, and burns lots of calories.
