so I need to lose 25 pounds. I really really need help. What (exactly) do I eat (keep in mind I have school from 7 am to 4 pm and they don’t offer much healthy food in the cafeteria at all) and how long do I work out? All I have is small weights and a treadmill. please give me specific advice. Thanks SO SO SO much!!

First off you shouldn’tt starve your self. After wrestling for 17 years and making weight I had some serious stomach problems from starving myself. What you need to do is eat enough to get the nutrients you need and burn more calories than you put in by running, swiming, or any other kind of areobic exercise. Make sure you are eating nutrient rich foods and drinking a lot of water.
well as crazy and disgusting as this may sound there is a way you can lose weight very fast. no not surgery you dont want any scars! ok so here is what i want you to do as this will also be very cost effective. weights and treadmills are overrated. I lost 30 pounds in a month doing this. For breakfast eat 6 raw eggs thats right just like rocky hold your breath and do it. Lunch eat regular sliced deli/sandwich ham and any cheese you like and you can eat until your full because this is all straight protein. Dinner you can do the same or a salad with no dressing gross I know. NO CROUTONS. In the morning before school run around your block one time. when you get to the end stop and do as many pushups as you can. (best if you wear sweats so you sweat a lot) then do half of that number of pushups and then half of that half and so on all the way to zero. Do the same process in situps. Then the same in pullups. If you have a park somewhere around your house just use one of their jungle gyms for pullups. (cheap baby!) cant beat free. Do this everyday until you lose what ever you want to lose. Since you will be doing it that early in the morning you shant worry about anyone seeing you. I mean come on who is gonna be with their kids at 6 in the morning. Cost of a dozen eggs prob a dollar fifty. cost of ham 3 bucks a package. cost of cheese 4 bucks for sliced. 7 for a brick. (brick will save you money by slicing yourself). total cost 10 bucks not bad ehh? It will work trust me. The only gross thing u gotta do is the eggs but after three or four times its cakewalk. if you cant stand it then just mix it with water to help drown the taste.
